Enrollment and Course Adjustments

  • Use this form to petition to take over 17 credit hours in one semester if your GPA is not established or you do not meet the minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.

Faculty and Course Management

• Course Add Form for Fall 2026

  • Faculty use this form to override students into their courses for the following reasons:
    1. Their course is full
    2. You are waiving a prerequisite for the student
    3. The Student has a time conflict.

• Varsity Sport Add Form

  • Coaches use this form to add a student into a Varsity PE course credit for a spring or fall semester.  May be filled out anytime during the semester.  The coach is responsible for submitting a grade for this course at the end of the semester.

  • Faculty use this form to change advisors for a student or add a co-advisor.

• Lifelong Learning Form
  • Alumni from Muskingum University are give the opportunity to take one free traditional undergraduate course per spring or fall semester.  Please see the policy for more details.

  • In some instances students want to audit a course tor various reasons. Auditing a course does not count towards academic load and the student does not receive a letter grade.
