Muskingum honors three alumni with Distinguished Service Awards

Muskingum University celebrated the personal and professional achievements of three of its most accomplished alumni in a ceremony on campus, Saturday, June 17, part of 2017 Alumni Weekend. Bill P. Lovejoy '51, Benjamin O. Shaver '50 and James R. Woolard '64 were presented Distinguished Service Awards, the University’s highest alumni honor.

Caitlin Schultz ’10

Journalism Major

Caitlin Schultz graduated from Muskingum with a degree in journalism. She hails from Central Ohio. Schultz chose Muskingum because “I wanted a small, close-knit college community where I could make a difference and get involved right away as a freshman.”

Since graduation, Schultz has been working as a video producer for state government in Ohio – a job that began through a post-undergraduate fellowship with the Ohio Legislative Service Commission. She is now Assistant Producer for the Supreme Court of Ohio with Ohio Government Telecommunications.
