You can find all of these courses in Muskie Link You can easily find the courses by using the following criteria:

  • MAP Courses are designated with a section that starts with MAP.
  • Graduate courses are all under the academic level Graduate.
  • Doctoral courses are all under the academic level PHD.

Traditional Undergraduate students may petition to take a course designated as MAP but will require a petition that is reviewed by the University Registrar. You can find that form here: Petition For Traditional UG Student to Take a MAP Course

Withdraw from a Course

Students may elect to withdraw from a course prior to the deadline (see dates above).  A course withdraw is indicated on the transcript with a grade of "W".

As part of Muskingum University's ongoing commitment to student success, we are proud to participate in the Acadeum Consortium, providing expanded access to online courses. This partnership is an invaluable resource for students needing additional course options to stay on track. If you are interested in taking a course through Acadeum, please go to this link: https://students.acadeum.com/  Students must sign up for an account using their Muskingum University email.  Muskingum University faculty have already pre-approved a few courses for students to take; however, you can still request individual courses through the Registrar's Office if there is a specific course you need.  In those cases, please contact registrar@muskingum.edu.

Replacement Diploma

Muskingum University uses Parchment services to facilitate the process of ordering a replacement diploma. Students can only request a replacement diploma to be sent to themselves, not a third party.  As part of your order, you will receive an electronic and physically copy of the diploma. AP Credit
