TRANSFORM LIVES AND YOUR FUTURE AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Muskingum University’s Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) program features a flexible, hybrid learning experience to prepare you for a meaningful career. Whether you’re transitioning from an occupational therapy assistant role or entering the field with a health-related bachelor’s degree, our ACOTE-accredited MOT program provides a clear path to professional growth.

Interactive online coursework and 18 on-campus weekend learning experiences allow you the flexibility to continue your home, work, and community roles while earning your Master of Occupational Therapy degree. With personalized guidance from expert faculty, you’ll gain hands-on skills through classroom instruction, simulation labs and fieldwork to prepare for diverse careers in healthcare and community settings.

Muskingum’s MOT program provides knowledge and skills to become an entry-level licensed occupational therapist who utilizes evidence, applies critical thinking, fosters the intraprofessional team, and values service to others for delivery of occupation-based and client-centered care.

I really love Muskingum’s hybrid program because it makes doing school and work easy. I wouldn’t have been able to do a continuing education program if it wasn’t offered hybrid.
