PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Our MOT program is designed to be flexible and career-focused, helping students build the skills needed for licensure and advanced practice:

Length & Cohort

Two-year, full-time program delivered in a lockstep cohort that begins each fall.

Credit Hours

69 semester credit hours of graduate-level occupational therapy coursework.

Hybrid Format

Online instruction paired with 18 weekend, in-person sessions across 10-week terms.

Two Entry Pathways

OTA Bridge Pathway – For licensed OTAs advancing into therapist roles.

Alternative Pathway – For bachelor’s degree holders in related fields.

Fieldwork & Experiential Learning

Hands-on training across multiple practice settings:

  • Four faculty-led Level I Faculty-led fieldwork experiences integrated into on-campus MOT Weekends.
  • Two 12-week full-time Level II placements with high quality fieldwork partners closer to students’ home communities.
NBCOT® Exam & Licensure Prep

Eligibility for national certification and state licensure after successful completion of academic and fieldwork requirements.
