Official copies of Muskingum University transcripts bearing the Registrar’s signature are sent directly to schools, organizations, or individuals upon the request of the student or alumni.
Muskingum University uses Parchment Transcript Services to facilitate the official transcript ordering process.

Individuals may also receive official copies of the transcript which are stamped Issued to Student.
Currently enrolled students can also obtain unofficial copies of their Muskingum University transcripts through the University’s online academic record system.
Grades are recorded on transcripts at the end of each term. Normally transcripts are mailed when payment is received, although students may request that transcripts be held until grades for the courses in which they are enrolled are recorded. Transcripts and diplomas are not released for students with overdue business accounts.
If you are unable to use the online request system you may mail us a letter with the following information:
Your name (if married, include maiden name)
Dates of attendance
If you are/were an undergraduate or graduate student
Address where you want the transcripts sent.

Be sure to sign your request and include a check for $8.00 per copy.
Processing time is 5-10 business days.
Please note that an official transcript is a legal document and will only have the legal name of the student.
