Graduate Assistant Softball

Muskingum University invites applications for a one-year appointment with a one-year renewable appointment as a graduate assistant coach in Softball.  The position is under the direct supervision of the Director of Athletics and the Head Softball Coach.

Duties include assisting with all phases of a national caliber NCAA Division III softball program.  The graduate assistant coach for softball also serves as a fall soccer game manager plus any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.  Successful candidate must have intercollegiate softball experience.

This is a ten-month appointment, which begins August 1, 2020.  Position includes graduate school tuition remission for Muskingum University, monthly stipend, room, and board.  Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and qualify for admission into Muskingum University’s graduate school.

Candidate should possess a strong commitment to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit student athletes within the guidelines of the NCAA and the Ohio Athletic Conference.
