Students are responsible for supplying, formatting and care of their own storage media. Lab machines use 3.5" disks, 250MB ZIP disks, 750MB ZIP disks, CD-R/RW discs, and USB Memory Devices. All of these media forms are sold at the University Bookstore as well as at Staples, Wal-Mart, and Radio Shack. Students are advised that making frequent backups of their data disks is highly recommended to prevent those last-minute "It's not working!!" moments. CNS strongly encourages the use of USB Memory devices for the most reliable performance.
All new students will be given a personal e-mail/web account. A password is necessary to access this account. Your initial password is supplied inside your telephone AuthCode packet and can be changed once you login to WebMail by choosing Options. If you forget your password, please come to CNS for assistance.
