  • University Vehicle

When a university vehicle is used, students are responsible for the following costs:

Mileage: $0.72 per mile (round trip)
Driver Time: Hourly wage based on current student employment rates (Ohio minimum wage)

Total Cost = (Round-Trip Mileage × $0.72) + (Driver Time × Hourly Rate)
Payment must be made through the Business Office prior to the trip.

  • Personal Vehicle (Student Worker)

When a student employee provides transportation using their personal vehicle:

  • Students are responsible establishing the payment amount prior to the date of travel.
