Muskingum University student-athletes are helping make the holiday season brighter for members of the local community.

Muskingum University Assistant Professor of Communication and Director of Forensics Rachel Pollock presented three performances of her one-woman show Journey to Long Nose from Nov. 21-23, 2024, in Caldwell Hall’s Thompson Theatre.

“In this work, I use family origin stories with musical interludes to explore the changing landscape of my broken American cultural identity (and nose),” Professor Pollock reflects. “Each of us is a work in progress. We don't need to be perfect. We just need to be brave.

Muskingum University media production major Vincent Bachmann ’25 won national recognition for his film “Student Anomaly” at the National Student Production Awards hosted by College Broadcasters, Inc.  The award was presented during the 2024 National Student Media Convention in Seattle, Washington.

Muskingum University presented a film screening of “The Lincoln School Story” in partnership with the nonprofit Ohio Humanities on Oct. 24, 2024.

Muskingum University students, faculty, and staff came together on Oct. 28 for the second annual Muskie Madness kickoff to winter sports.
