Muskingum University Receives Over $1 Million in Choose Ohio First Scholarship Funding
Muskingum University will receive $1,164,209 in Choose Ohio First program funding from the Ohio Department of Higher Education. With this award, Muskingum has received more than $3 million in COF grant award funding over the last three years.

Ohio Poet Laureate Kari Gunter-Seymour visited Muskingum University’s campus on Nov. 7, 2023.
She delivered a poetry reading of her works, covering Appalachian life, childhood memories, and even Joe Burrow, as well as visited a creative writing class.
