Muskingum partners with ADN programs, technical nursing schools, and healthcare systems throughout Ohio to make BSN completion more accessible and affordable.

Depending on your employer or alma mater, you may qualify for:

  • Clear ADN to BSN transfer pathways

EARN CREDIT FOR YOUR NURSING EXPERIENCE

Your professional experience can work for you.

Through Muskingum’s Professional Nursing Competency Portfolio, eligible RNs may earn up to 18 semester credit hours toward the RN to BSN degree.

Credit for Full-Time RN Work Experience

Receive one semester hour per year worked full-time as a registered nurse, up to 8 semester hours.

Credit for Continuing Education

Continuing education courses taken or taught within the past two years may qualify for up to 4 semester hours.

Credit for Professional Nursing Organization Activity

Earn one semester hour per organization per year of active participation.

Credit for Nursing Specialty Certifications

Receive one semester hour per certification, up to 4 semester hours.

In addition, transfer credit from accredited colleges and universities will be evaluated through the Registrar’s Office.
