Financial Aid & Funding Options
Federal Student Aid
Students enrolled at least half-time may be eligible for federal Stafford loans. Complete the FAFSA at studentaid.gov and contact the Muskingum Office of Student Financial Services for personalized guidance at finaid@muskingum.edu or 740-826-8196.
Scholarships & Grants
The Ohio Nurses Foundation, Ohio Center for Nursing, and the Ohio Nurse Education Assistance Loan Program offer scholarship and loan opportunities specifically for nurses pursuing advanced degrees in education and leadership. The Ohio Nurses Foundation awards 10 scholarships including one specifically for nursing leadership.
Employer Tuition Assistance
Many Ohio healthcare systems — including OhioHealth, Genesis Health System, Mercy Health, University Hospitals, Kettering Health, and Cleveland Clinic — offer $5,000–$8,000 per year in tuition assistance. Ask your employer for more details.
