Address for student mail (see below) & procedures to identify mail recipients
Please note that students use a different mailing address than the administrative offices. Mail sent to students residing at the University should be addressed to the student, 260 Stadium Drive, New Concord, OH 43762-1837.
The University attempts to deliver mail where the recipient is not easily identified. To help us, please request parents & friends to clearly put your full name on packages in several places. Our procedures for identifying mail recipients are located here.
A feature on most copiers for some time has been the ability to scan a document to PDF and email that document to the users or other email addresses. Scanning is available on most copiers on campus. Most copiers, including the Library, are also capable of scanning in color.
The copiers are set to default to a B&W scan in PDF at either 200 or 300 bpi, but this can be adjusted at the machine to color and/or a higher resolution. The copier in the Library and in select other locations can also scan to a USB Flash Drive. Instructions for most machines are at this link. For additional assistance, ask the building secretary or staff responsible for the machine or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please consider this option when copying any document. If you have any questions, you can contact the Copy Center at email@example.com. Scanning is a great way to provide resources to your students without having to incur large copy costs on your or their parts. Pages you might have copied for your classes in the past or had made into items to be sold in the bookstore, can be scanned in and posted for students to access and use or print as they choose.
