Muskingum Valley Symphonic Winds Spring Concert to Feature Vocalist Stacy Russell Welker

The Muskingum Valley Symphonic Winds will present its spring concert in Muskingum University’s Brown Chapel on Sunday, April 30 at 7 p.m. The Muskingum Valley Symphonic Winds will be joined by the Muskingum University Wind Ensemble to present “Spring Pops Concert,” which includes music from movies and video games, in addition to several jazz selections. 

Muskingum University Student to Compete in US Open Pickleball Championship

Muskingum University student, Jackie Bradshaw ’25, will join more than 3,000 pickleball players of all ages and skill levels for the 2023 Minto US Open Pickleball Championships. The competition is April 15-22, 2023, in Naples, Florida.

Jackie, a Music Education major from Cambridge, plays tennis for the University. She also teaches pickleball at the Salvation Army in Cambridge.

Muskingum to Host Summer H.S. Music Theatre CAMP

Muskingum University is hosting the Summer High School Music Theatre CAMP June 18-24, 2023. This is the 16th year of the residential camp, which is designed for students in grades 9-12.

Students will participate in a week of musical training, including daily dance classes, private voice instruction, acting sessions with improvisation, master classes, and scene study. Evening recreational activities include square dancing, swimming, and movie musicals. The week-long camp will culminate with a public musical theatre performance.
