The Muskingum University Athletic Department announced today that it will launch esports as a new varsity intercollegiate sport during the 2019-20 academic year. The addition of esports brings the total number of varsity sport programs offered by the University to 22.

Muskingum University has been recognized by RegisteredNursing.org as the fourth best nursing school in Ohio. Of the 94 Registered Nurse (RN) programs reviewed in the state, Muskingum ranked second amongst institutions with traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs. In 2018, the University was ranked in the top 10.
