How much does the MOL program cost?

For the 2025–2026 academic year, tuition is $595 per semester credit hour.

Is financial aid available for MOL students?

Yes. MOL students may qualify for federal financial aid, scholarships, and grants. For details, visit the Office of Financial Aid.

PROGRAM DURATION & FORMAT

How long does it take to complete the MOL program?

Most students finish within 1–2 years, depending on how many courses they take per term.

Are all classes online?

Yes — the MOL is fully online. Courses are interactive, include discussions, assignments, and applied projects tied to students’ professional interests.

ACCREDITATION & APPROVAL

Is the MOL program accredited?

Yes — the MOL is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education.

ADMISSIONS & ELIGIBILITY

What are the admission requirements?

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Additional requirements include submitting transcripts, a personal statement, resume, and any required references.

Do I need to take the GRE or GMAT?

No — the MOL program does not require GRE or GMAT scores for admission.

ONLINE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

What are the online classes like?

Courses are delivered asynchronously and include discussion boards, case studies, real-world projects, and interactions with faculty. Instructors bring both academic and professional leadership experience.

Do I need to attend an orientation?

Yes — all incoming students must participate in an online orientation (via Zoom) before beginning coursework. This session is led by the Associate Director and Executive Director of Organizational Leadership and introduces program goals, class structure, and resources.
