Education Sequence (9 credits)

  • EDUC 721: Ethical Leadership & Policy Development
  • EDUC 722: Leadership in Curriculum, Instruction, & Assessment
  • EDUC 771: Principal Internship Seminar (1)
  • EDUC 772 / 773: Principal Internship (2)

To exit the program: 2 years of teaching experience at the level of certification + a master’s degree (if not already held).

With a Principal Licensure, you’ll be qualified to:

  • Serve as a principal at elementary, middle, or high school levels
  • Step into roles as an assistant principal or building administrator
  • Provide instructional leadership and supervise teaching staff
  • Lead school operations, curriculum, and community engagement
  • Build a pathway toward future superintendent or district-level leadership licensure
