Bio
Dr. Neeman received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition to computer science education, Dr. Neeman’s research interests include scientific visualization and machine learning, with
applications for geology and mechanical engineering. She is also involved with promoting women in computing and STEM, twice serving as program chair for the Tri-State Women in Computing Conference.
Prior to working in higher education, Dr. Neeman held positions at SUNY Buffalo’s Center for Computational Research, IBM, and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
