After a career in Church Music and private music teaching, I discerned a call to Spiritual Direction, initially while giving a benefit concert in Chisinau, Moldova. I then trained at San Francisco Theological Seminary, emerging after three years with a Diploma in the Art of Spiritual Direction. I was then commissioned as a Minister of Spiritual Direction by the United Church of Christ and then ordained by the UCC in October of 2024 when I was 84. God is full of surprises!
