Micro-Credentials

Upon completion of a micro-credential module, students will receive a digital badge for that module. Once they have completed all modules in the program, students will then receive a “super badge”. This badge represents completion of the program and that students earned the micro-credential. Students can add digital badges to their resume, portfolio, and LinkedIn profile. They also have the option to download a physical certificate signifying completion of the program.

Digital badges provide a description of the competencies obtained for each module and for the micro-credential, enabling employers to assess the skills students acquired. They also provide an opportunity for enhanced job prospects and higher wages by showcasing students’ skills and experience. Ultimately, earning these badges can boost professional growth and career advancement.
