Inaugural ABSN Cohort Graduates
ABSN Graduates

The first cohort of graduates from Muskingum University’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program completed their degrees during the Fall 2021 semester.

A special Pinning Ceremony celebrated their accomplishments on December 10, 2021, immediately following the Recognition of December Graduates event. Each graduate selected a significant person in their lives to join them on stage and present them with their Muskingum nursing pin.

The ABSN cohort began their studies in the Fall 2020 semester and completed their degrees in just 15 months. The program is designed for learners who hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a field other than nursing.

Four of the five new ABSN graduates are double Muskie alumni. Congratulations to (left to right) Hannah Moore ’21, Abby Edwards ’18 ’21, Ashlei Gard ’18 ’21, Hallie Stocker ’19 ’21, and Amanda Davis ’19 ’21.

Muskingum’s nursing program is known for its 100% pass rate on the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX) and is ranked #1 in Ohio by RNCareers.org and registerednursing.org. New ABSN cohorts begin their studies each fall semester.
