How much does the program cost?

During the 2023-2024 academic school year, the tuition for the Master of Applied Leadership Program will be $585 per semester hour of credit.

How long will the MAL program take me to complete?

The average time to complete the MAL program is 1-2 years.

How does the mentorship work?

The MAL program provides a mentor to each student based on the student's career plans. The MAL program refers to this as the student's "Area of Concentration" (e.g. healthcare, higher education, or business). The mentor meets with their mentees throughout the program to help them apply what they learn in the classroom to their field.

Is the program fully accredited?

The MAL program is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education.

What are the online classes like?

All classes use synchronous (via Zoom) and asynchronous formats and are taught by highly qualified instructors from across the University. Classes are interactive and the final projects are designed to be relevant to the student's area of interest.
