Undergraduates (excluding MAP) - All Library Items Due at End of Semester

ALL LIBRARY ITEMS ARE DUE BY 5:00 p.m on the last day of classes at the end of every semester.

Just a friendly reminder that ALL items borrowed from the Library are due on the last day of classes. Library items not returned by this time will be treated as lost and you will be billed for replacement costs of each item you do not return.

If you need to use a library item past this day for a paper or project, please contact circulation no later than 5:00 p.m. (email: or phone 826-8156 – leave a message if necessary). 

Library fines not paid and replacement costs for items not returned will be added to your account in the Business Office.

Students, please read the following information carefully

Replacement costs include:

Library items borrowed from Muskingum University, OPAL and OhioLINK Colleges and Universities will be billed at the rate of $125.00 each. For each item you return within three months of being billed, you will be given a $75.00 refund. A fee of $50.00 per item will not be refunded. No refunds will be made after an item has been billed for three months.
