Graduate Assistant in Track and Field

Muskingum University invites applications for a one-year appointment with a one-year renewable appointment as a graduate assistant coach in Track & Field.  The position is under the direct supervision of the Director of Athletics and the Head Coach in Track & Field.

Duties include assisting with all phases of the track program plus any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. 

This is a ten-month appointment, which begins August 1, 2020.  Position includes graduate school tuition remission for Muskingum University, monthly stipend, room, and meal plan when the University is in session.

Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and qualify for admission into Muskingum University’s graduate school.  Successful candidate must have intercollegiate track and field experience and possess a strong commitment to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit student-athletes within the guidelines of the NCAA and the Ohio Athletic Conference.
