The Louis Palmer Gallery will reopen to the public for the fall semester with comprehensive new safety protocols. Muskingum University remains committed to the health and well-being of our entire campus community. We have carefully created new policies using the latest guidance from the CDC, Ohio Department of Health, and Muskingum County Health Department to ensure the safety of students, employees, and guests. Should guidance from these sources change, our policies will be revised as appropriate.

There will be no opening receptions for these exhibitions. Only 10 guests at a time will be permitted in the gallery. Gallery hours are Monday and Wednesday, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Additional hours are available by appointment. Employees, students, and guests are required to wear face coverings. This requirement and others are described at https://www.muskingum.edu/visitor-policy. Please consult this web page before your visit for instructions on how to complete the required health assessment.
Floor markers and entry signage have been placed at the gallery to establish new traffic patterns and encourage social distancing. Hand sanitizer is also available upon entry.
