2012 ANNUAL MEETING

A Special Meeting in Conjunction with the Clobal Chaplains Conference

Time:  Wednesday, June 27, 2 P.m. - Thursday June 28, 9 p.m.

Place:  Yale University, New Haven, CT


PCCA will meet Wednesday, June 27, beginning at 2 p.m., during the Global Conference’s free afternoon/ Mystic Seaport excursion. We will participate in the Global Conference’s keynote and workshops on
Thursday. On Thursday afternoon, different organizations at the conference (such as NACUC) will have a time for business meetings.
PCCA will hold its ever-popular business meeting then. Thursday evening we will all attend the Global Conference closing banquet and program. Those who want to attend PACHEM’s Summit will have
transportation provided by bus to Pittsburgh Friday morning.

There are two options for PCCA members:
A. Register and attend the Global Chaplains Conference and participate in the PCCA portions there.
B. Register as a Commuter for Thursday as part of the Global Chaplains Conference and Banquet and come in on Wednesday for the first day of the PCCA conference.

Registration will be handled through the Global Chaplains Conference and its website. Please notify the PCCA Treasurer, Walt Tennyson, when you register.

Lodging will be each person’s responsibility. See the Conference website.

Those who register for the PACHEM Summit Conference in Pittsburgh will have transportation provided by the Office of Collegiate Ministries. Summit participants should plan to fly into
Hartford and return from Pittsburgh. General Assembly Observer registration will be included in the Summit registration.

Scholarships

Every dues-paying PCCA Meeting attendant will receivea $50 grant.
First time PCCA annual meeting attendees can receive a $350 travel grant to be at the Wednesday meeting.
There will be a few travel scholarships (up to $250, depending on the number of applicants) for PCCA members who attend the PCCA portion of the Global Conference.
