• Larry Normansell investigates the neural and neurochemical control of social emotions using two animal models--the social play of juvenile rats and the isolation-induced distress vocalizations of young chicks. He is Professor of Psychology and teaches Intro to Psychology, Physiological Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Advanced Psychobiology, and Sensation and Perception.

• Brian Bergstrom studies neurochemical changes in synaptic function of dopamine neurons in response to neurodegenerative disease, drugs of abuse, and pharmacological regulation. He is Assistant Professor of Biology and teaches Intro to Cell and Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, and Advanced Neuroscience.
