Cassandra Sheppard Bonepony brought southern rock music to Muskingum campus Friday, Oct. 25 in Kelley Coffee House. Only a few students showed up for the Bonepony concert, but the band still performed as if they were putting on a show for a huge crowd at Polaris. "They were very good and brought in something different. You could tell they really enjoyed playing and the professionalism they displayed was very evident." James Duling, a junior, said. Bonepony was late getting started because they had to wait for a group to clear out before they could even set up the instruments and equipment. After they started only a few students were in the audience, but they still played and sang. "With a smaller crowd the performance is more intimate, but with a bigger crowd the energy from the crowd circulates. It is really good either way," Tramp, one of the band members, said. The band performed to a much larger crowd in 1995. The band said even though the crowd was smaller they had a good time. They plan on coming back in the future. With only three members in the band, they played a variety of instruments. "I enjoyed the music. I was amazed by all the instruments, every time I blinked they were playing a new instrument." Lana Bieber, a senior, said. For those students who decided to attend the Bonepony concert, they saw a good show.
