Muskingum College Leadership Initiative Program hosts alumna Mary (Hetrick) Kaufmann, March 22
MARCH 18, 2004 - As a part of its Leadership Initiative Project, Muskingum College and the computer science department will host a presentation by 1987 alumna Mary (Hetrick) Kaufmann on Monday, March 22 at 2:30 p.m. in the Brown Chapel lounge on the campus. Members of the campus community may meet with Kaufmann at a reception from 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Top of the Center.
Muskingum's Leadership Initiative Project brings to campus alumni who are in the mid-point of their careers and can offer to the campus community insights and advice on career planning and personal management skills.
Kaufmann currently is director of sales relations for the Longaberger Corporation. As a student at Muskingum, she majored in computer science and business. She holds a master of business administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and is currently working on a master of divinity degree from Ashland Theological Seminary.Her husband, Brad, is a 1988 graduate of Muskingum.
While at Muskingum Kaufmann was involved with many activities and organizations, including the Parent's Weekend committee, Student Senate, Admission tour guide, Muskingum Christian Fellowship, Dormitory Council and the Kianu Club. She also was a member of Homecoming Court, the Wellness House, intramurals, and the Association for Computing Machinery Honorary.
