China --May 30-June 10, 2013

Start your summer off with a jaunt to China where you will visit Beijing, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi, and Shanghai. You'll see famous Chinese sites like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, The Great Wall, the 2008 Olympic Complex, the Silk Road, Terra Cotta warriors, and more. Students can choose to take ART 112: Drawing (ART 212: Drawing II) OR ART 141: Photography and WRLD 360: Topics in Chinese Language and Culture. Cost of the program is $3989 and includes international and domestic transportation, three meals a day, hotels, tickets to tourist sites, and gratuities. Ireland/Scotland/England -- May 13-June 1, 2013

Experience the beauty and history of Ireland, Scotland, and England on this amazing summer tour. You'll tour the fabulous cities of Dublin, Galway, Edinburgh, Oban, and London, and see amazing sites like the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Edinburgh Castle, the National Gallery, and Westminster Abbey. Courses offered are: ENGL 385: Readings in Contemporary Irish, Scottish, and English Literature (3); and WRLD 200: Cross-Cultural Communication (3). The cost of the program is $3999 and includes housing, domestic and international transportation, and excursions. The Intersection of Commerce and Culture: Rome, Florence, and Paris -- Spring Break 2014

Imagine spending your Spring Break touring Rome, Florence, and Paris. Drop a coin in the Trevi Fountain. Climb the stairs of the Duomo. See the Eiffel Tower. Do all this while earning academic credit! Courses offered are: BUSI 412: International Business (3); FREN 123: Masterpieces of French Literature in Translation (3); FREN 310: Study Abroad Seminar (1); and ECON 411: The Global Fashion Industry (3). Cost of the program is $3416 and includes airfare, lodging, breakfast, dinner, museum fees, tour guide fees, and land transportation.
