Course Schedule Process
Each year the VPAA's Office publishes a course creation timeline. This timeline (available on the VPAA's Website), determines when each step of the course creation process is to be completed. Typically the process begins in late fall with the department chairs submitting proposed schedules to division chairs using a template distributed to department chairs by the Registrar.
Once the schedule has been put in place, all changes to that schedule must be submitted using the Course Information Change Form.
If you see that specific schedule or instructor assignment information regarding a course is incorrect, please use the Course Information Change form to submit the changes to the relevant individual(s). Please note that for most changes, department chair and or division chair signatures are required. Please see the form for details.
