International Excursions
Most international students do not have a car and there is a lot
to see beyond Muskingum's campus! In order to help you experience
more of life in the United States, the International Student Services
Office provides programs off campus. Make sure you pay attention
to the sign-up deadlines for each trip. Some trips may require a
deposit. See Valerie in
the TOC 216 for more information.
August
- Aug. 22nd to Aug. 24th: Orientation. See the Orientation page for more information.
- Aug. 29th: Wal-Mart Trip for returning students. Meet behind the TOC at 7:00 PM
September
- Sept.7th: Welcome (Back) Party, details to be announced.
- Sept. 22nd: Oktoberfest in Cincinnati. Sign-up by Sept. 14th.
- Sept. 28th-30th: ECC Camp.
This three day camp is for
new students only. See the ECC
Camp page for more
information. Sign-up by Sept.
7th.
October
- Oct. 13th: Hocking Hills Trip, during Fall Break. Sign-up by Oct. 5th.
- Oct. 15th: Easton Trip, during Fall Break. Sign-up by Oct. 5th.
- Oct. 20th: Cedar Point Trip. Sign-up by Oct. 12th, deposit required.
December
- Dec. 1st: Historic Cambridge & Wal-Mart Trip. Sign-up by Nov. 28th.
January
- Jan. 11th: Orientation. See the Orientation page for more information.
- Jan.
26th: Columbus Ice Skating
Trip. This trip will go to the Polaris Mall and then let students
try to ice skate.
Sign-up by Jan. 18th.
February
- Feb. 9th: Mansfield Ski Trip-Snow Trails Ski Resort. Lessons will be
provided for students that have
not skied before.Sign-up by Feb. 1st, deposit required.
- Feb. 23rd: Zanesville Trip. Sign-up by Feb. 15th.
March
- March 20th: Cleveland Trip, during Easter break. Sign-up by March 14th.
- March 29th: Newark Trip. Sign-up by March 24th.
April
- April 19th: Columbus Trip (OSU, Museums, Zoo, etc.) Sign-up by April 11th.
