Full Time Secretary PLUS Department - Muskingum University

Serve as support for general office assignments and practices. Duties include filing, record keeping, organizing, data entry, proofreading, compose and manage correspondence, process document, receptionist, customer service, use of computer and applications and office machines.  Skills: Confidentiality and professionalism, excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines, work with a variety of personalities and situations. Basic office software application skills.  Previous office experience required, business education preferred. Occasional weekend work required.

Custodian– Muskingum University

Muskingum University is seeking two full-time Custodians. Under supervision, will be responsible to maintain a cleaning schedule and keep buildings of Muskingum University clean and neat. Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength including ability to move ladders, mop buckets and furniture; shovel and remove snow.
