Pharmacy Day
The College of Pharmacy at The Ohio State University will offer an open house where students will be able to visit a professional practice lab, discuss the admissions process and take a tour of campus. Ohio Legislative Service Commission Internship
The Ohio General Assembly, through the Ohio Legislative Service Commission (LSC), has sponsored a legislative internship program for over 45 years. This unique program was founded to provide participants of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences with an introduction to state government and to promote careers in public service. Traditionally, twenty fellows are assigned to work with members of the Ohio General Assembly, two with the Ohio Government Telecommunications/The Ohio Channel, and one or two with the LSC research or fiscal staff.
LSC Fellows assigned to the General Assembly provide staff assistance to Ohio's elected officials and gain practical experience in the legislative process and legislative research. Responsibilities may include policy research, assisting with legislation, constituent assistance, communication needs (speeches, press releases, newsletters, correspondence, etc.), and various administrative duties. Teacher Recruitment Consortium (TRC)
On Friday, April 20, at Ohio University in Athens from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. teacher candidates will have an opportunity to schedule interviews and interview with school representatives from Ohio and out-of-state. Register in Career Services by Monday, April 2. By registering early you will be able to review a list of schools that will be in attendance so you can better prepare yourself for a beneficial day. A $5.00 registration fee is required. Open to May and December graduates as well as other Muskingum alumni that will be licensed to teach in August.
GMAT Testing
In June 2012, the GMAT exam will introduce Integrated Reasoning. This groundbreaking section is designed to measure a test taker's ability to evaluate information presented in new formats and from multiple sources--skills necessary for management students to succeed in a technologically rich world.
The test will remain 3 hours, 30 minutes (four hours with breaks). The Analytical Writing Assessment will be streamlined from two 30-minute essays to one Analysis of an Argument essay. More information is available on changes at www:gmac.com/gmac/TheGMAT/NextGenerationGMATInfoCenter.
GRE Testing
The GRE General Test was changed as of August 1, 2011. It is more test-taker friendly designed; new types of questions; plus important score reporting timing you need to know. Learn more at www.ets.org/gre/excitingchanges.

no limit on the number of offers per student. In
order for us to provide NACE with accurate information
your cooperation is necessary. Please notify the
Career Services office of every offer you receive,
whether it results from on-campus recruitment or
from your own job search. We have forms which must
