Muskingum College Parking Ticket Appeal Form

Parking tickets received on campus may be appealed provided the following:

This form is completed and submitted to the Student Life Office within 48 hrs of ticket issuance.
The ticket is turned in to Student Life within 48 hrs of ticket issuance.
There are extenuating circumstances which explain why the ticket should be voided.

Simple disagreement with the campus parking regulations is not cause for a ticket appeal. A board of students and staff will hear parking appeals. If you wish to appear before the board to further explain the circumstances of your ticket, please select that option below. The Dean of Students may consult with the board at his/her discretion. All decisions of the board will be final.
