Complete Registration and Budget Allocation Forms in OrgSync
We are now using OrgSync, an online software program, to organize our student organization registration. Student Senate will also utilize the program for the budget allocation request process each semester. Budget allocation forms are due by 5pm, September 19, 2008, through the OrgSync system. Please follow the instructions to register for OrgSync. From any group page click on Forms, and look for the forms you need to complete.
Event Planning Form
In order to have a successful event, it is helpful to do some planning! Take some time to identify how the event's goals align with your organization's purpose. Identify all the components of your event and ensure success by planning for each of those components.
Submit the Event Planning Form at least one week before your program. We can assist your organization in planning a successful event. The Event Planning Form is now available in OrgSync, an online software program.
Weekend Programming Funds Request
Complete the Weekend Programming Funds Request (pdf) to submit a proposal for additional funding of an event scheduled for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. All events must be alcohol free and open to all students. For more information on Weekend Programming Funds, contact Susan Hoglund, Associate Dean of Students, shoglund@muskingum.edu.
