The Business Office processes the billing and payments on student accounts, prepares the student and employee payroll, processes purchases and payments for goods and services used by the College, and keeps the financial records, including financial reporting. The College also acts as fiscal agent to several local community programs. In addition, the Business Office has the responsibility for the Mail & Copy Center.

New Information & Updates:

Payment Due August 15
Payment for the Fall semester was due August 15. All loan arrangements or other paperwork for financial aid should have been made or submitted by this date. The payment plan is still open until September 1! We have more information on the payment plan below or other options on our payment options page. Information about late payments is here.

Insurance Waiver available
The online waiver for the student health insurance plan is now available at studentplanscenter.com. The waiver must be submitted by the end of the add/drop period. More information about the student health insurance plan is available here or from the links to the left.

2008-2009 Payment plan enrollment still open!
Enroll now to spread payments over the academic year. There is still time to enroll with only one "catch-up" payment. Use the TuitionPay enrollment form or enroll online.

Pay your account online

Click on the card logo to be directed to the online payment site. You will need to input your student ID and amount of payment. To obtain balance information, refer to your statement or you can access your account from the "Students" section of Muskie Link. The link to "Make a Payment" is on the left of that screen or is available from either "Account Summary" screen. If you have any questions, you can certainly contact us.
