This presentation will show the steps to request a new pay card. To access the screens in this presentation, go to www.salliemaebank.com/muskingum.edu

• A pay card is necessary to effect the card to account transfers, ATM or debit card access
• Be aware that Federal law requires that Sallie Mae mail your card to the permanent address you input (see slide 7 of the presentation).
• At the end of the enrollment (not shown in the presentation), there are two buttons. DO select "Save". DO NOT select "Load Card".

• All cards are sent to the campus mailroom, the address of 199 Stormont St is the correct address (slide 5 of the presentation). Do make sure that the email address and your name are correct.
