The Business Office processes the billing and payments on student accounts, prepares the student and employee payroll, processes purchases and payments for goods and services used by the University, and keeps the financial records, including financial reporting. The University also acts as fiscal agent to several local community programs. In addition, the Business Office has the responsibility for the Mail & Copy Center.

Late Fees to be applied on September 3

We sent reminder notices on August 26 and 27 to accounts that may be subject to the late payment fee. For many, the change to Federal Direct Loans requires a new MPN (Master Promissory Note) before funds can be disbursed. We have delayed the late fee this year to allow for the confusion. The fee will be assessed to late accounts on September 3. Please contact the Business Office if you have any questions.

Pay your account online

Click on the card logo to be directed to the online payment site. You will need to input your student ID and amount of payment. To obtain balance information, refer to your statement. The balance feature in Muskie Link is not functioning. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.
