Kallai named OAC Wrestler of the Week

NEW CONCORD, OHIO, January 15, 2007 - Muskingum College sophomore Josh Kallai has been named Ohio Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Week after posting a perfect 4-0 record, which included three pins at the Budd Whitehill National Duals last weekend.

Kallai wrestling at 157 won his first match by pinning his opponent Brain Alwine from 14th-ranked York College in 4:09. He then recorded a pin at the 1:07 mark over 30th-ranked Wisconsin Whitewater's Ken Schuck. Kallai garnered his third win with a 3-1 decision over St. Johns University's Zach Anderson. He concluded his outstanding weekend on the mat with a pin against Rochester Institute of Technology's Josh Schneider at the 4:58 mark.
