Muskies spike Ohio Wesleyan in home opener
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, September 8, 2010 - The Muskingum University volleyball team spiked Ohio Wesleyan University in straight sets Wednesday evening, 3-0 (25-15, 15-15, 26-24). [highlight video of Muskingum's win vs. Ohio Wesleyan coming Thursday]
The Muskies were led at the net by senior Diana Biller and junior Katie Hayman who each notched seven kills. Hayman also added four service aces. Junior Molly Scholl directed the attack with 14 assists, while junior McKensie Smith logged an overall solid performance with 12 assists, seven digs and four kills.
Muskingum hits the court next on Wednesday, September 15 when it hosts the College of Wooster. Game time is slated for 7:00 p.m
