Wyatt named OAC Field Athlete of the Week
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, January 17, 2011 - Muskingum University junior Jana Wyatt was honored for her performance at the Capital University Indoor Track & Field Mike Hout Invitational by being named Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.
Wyatt finished first in the pole vault with a school record vault of 10-6.00. She eclipsed the previous school mark of 10-00.00 that she tied in 2010 and held with Heather Nees (2006). Wyatt's triumphant clearance helped lead Muskingum to a third place finish in the eight-team field at the invitational.
