Mattin named OAC Softball Pitcher of the Week
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, March 31, 2008 - The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum pitcher Amy Mattin has been named the OAC Softball Pitcher of the Week. This marks the second time this season she has garnered the award.
 Mattin went 3-1 last week with a 0.37 ERA and 24 strikeouts. She fired a complete game two-hitter against Ohio Wesleyan University and a complete game one-hitter against Heidelberg College. Mattin also picked up a win in relief against Ohio Wesleyan after tossing three hitless innings.
This marks the third time in Mattin's career that she has been honored as the OAC Softball Pitcher of the Week.
