Folk named OAC Softball Pitcher of the Week
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, March 20, 2012 - The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum University
sophomore pitcher Brittany Folk has been named the OAC Softball Pitcher of the
Week.
Folk dominated play in the center of the diamond last week en route to posting a 2-0 record and 0.58 ERA. She led the Muskies to a 5-3 win against NCAA Division II Malone University and to a 2-1 victory against Thomas More College.
On the year, Folk leads the Muskingum pitching staff with a 1.73 ERA and is holding hitters to a .224 batting average.
