Wilson and Ream named Academic All-OAC

NEW CONCORD, OHIO, November 21, 2007 - The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum College junior defender Amy Wilson and senior forward/midfielder Sarah Reams have been named the Academic All-OAC team.

AWWilson, a health and physical education major, carries a 3.69 grade-point-average. She started every game for the Muskies and anchored the defense from the sweeper position. On the season, she tallied four goals and one assist and notched one game-winning strike. This marks the second straight year Wilson has garnered this honor

SRReams, a biology major, carries a 3.63 grade-point-average. She started every game and tallied a team-high four assists to go along with one goal. This marks the second straight year that Reams has received this distinction.

Muskingum is led by Head Coach Mary Beth Caudill, who is the all-time winningest coach in Muskingum women's soccer history. This past season, Muskingum set new school records for goals in a game (11), assists in a game (9), shots in a game (49) and consecutive shutouts (3).
