NEW CONCORD, OHIO, November 7, 2012 - The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that three senior members of the Muskingum University men's soccer team were recognized for their outstanding play this season by being named all-league. Goalkeeper Hunter Huffman and forward Daniel Meehan were named
Second Team All-OAC, while defender Pat Normansell was named All-OAC Honorable
Mention.
Huffman ends his career as the all-time Muskingum leader in goals-against-average (1.44) and ranks second in career shutouts with eight and fifth in saves with 288. Huffman is a three-year All-OAC honoree and became the first-ever Muskie to be named the OAC Goalkeeper of the Year in 2010.
Meehan led the Muskies this season with four goals and ends his tenure with 11 career goals and five assists. This marks the second straight season that Meehan has been honored with All-OAC accolades.
Normansell helped anchor the Muskie backline and ended the year with one goal.
