Muskingum finishes fourth at Mount Union Invitational
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, October 8, 2011 - The Muskingum University women's golf team shot a 446 to finish fourth at the University of Mount Union Invitational on Saturday.
Leading the Muskies was junior Brittany Rice who finished tied for 12th in the 21-golfer field with a 96 (50-46).
Freshman Hannah Mountjoy shot a 108 (54-54) to finish 19th. Junior Bridgette Neighbors carded a 112 (58-54) to place 20th, while freshman Kelsey Edwards rounded out the Muskie scoring with a 130 (65-65) to finish 21st.
Mount Union won the team title with a 318 and Mount's Mary Snode claimed medalist honors with a 74 (34-40).
The invitational concluded Muskingum's fall campaign.
