Miller named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference

NEW CONCORD, OHIO, November 30, 2006 - Muskingum College junior linebacker Sam Miller was honored for his excellence in the classroom and on the field by being named to the 2006 Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.

Miller, an accounting/business major, carries a 3.68 grade-point-average. He was second on the Muskies with a career-high 70 tackles (28 solo). Miller logged a team-high three interceptions, 2.5 tackles for loss, two pass break-ups, recovered one fumble and registered one sack.
