Muskingum at Capital to air on Columbus Sports Network
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, December 11, 2007 -
The Columbus Sports Network (CSN) has announced that the Muskingum College women's basketball game at Capital University on Saturday, December 15, will be broadcast on CSN.
The matchup between the Fighting Muskies and the Crusaders, scheduled to tip off at 3:00 p.m. at The Capital Center on the Capital campus, will air on tape delay at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday on CSN, and again at 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday on CSN.
Additional air times are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17; 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18; 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19; and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 20. These additional air times are subject to change.
The game will be the first Muskingum College sporting event to air on CSN. Veteran Columbus broadcaster Randy Rhinehart will be handling the play-by-play, with Toni Roesch, a former point guard and co-captain of the Ohio State women's basketball team, providing expert analysis.
Muskingum enters the game with a 5-2 overall record and 1-1 mark in the Ohio Athletic Conference. The Muskies are coming off an 87-81 win over league rival Otterbein College last Saturday. Capital stands at 6-2 overall and 2-1 in the conference. The Crusaders beat John Carroll University 62-51 in their last outing.
CSN is available over the air on Time Warner Cable on channel 78; Insight Cable on channels 78 and 524; and WOW! Cable on channel 97. Check your local listings to confirm the channel numbers and programming times.
